Synchro is seeking a hands-on 3D Printing & Production Associate in Herndon, VA to support production and assembly of advanced autonomous systems. You will operate 3D printers, assemble precision components, and assist with testing and quality inspections in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 3D printers, ensuring consistent output and minimizing downtime.
• Assemble precision components, subassemblies, and electromechanical systems.
• Build and prepare hardware for testing and engineering evaluation.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assist engineering teams with troubleshooting defects and investigating test failures.
• Identify assembly issues and provide feedback to improve production processes.
• Follow technical instructions, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
