Job summary

Kendall Howard in Chisago City, MN seeks a full-time 3D Printing Technician to operate and maintain our 3D printing equipment, prepare surfaces, monitor in-process activity and complete post-processing tasks. Responsibilities include daily printer checks, preparing build plates, loading resins, rinsing and finishing parts, curing, routine maintenance, lab cleanliness, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Experience with 3D printing is preferred, especially with Bambu labs.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D printing is preferred.
• 3D print proficiency with Bambu labs.

Responsibilities

• Check all 3D printers daily, ensuring they are powered and functioning.
• Prepare all build plates appropriately.
• Prepare and fill all resins or materials for printers.
• Rinse and clean all completed parts using provided PPE.
• Cure all printed parts using the appropriate process.
• Performs routine maintenance on printers as needed.
• Clean and organize the 3D printing lab.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies without exception.
• Other duties as assigned.
