Job summary

Kendall Howard is hiring a Full-Time 3D Printing Technician in Chisago City, MN. You will operate and maintain 3D printing equipment, prepare build plates, manage resins, cure parts, and keep the lab clean and safe.

Qualif: prior 3D printing experience and proficiency with Bambu Labs printers. We offer a benefits package including supplemental insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and holidays.

• Previous experience with 3D printing preferred.
• Proficiency with Bambu Labs printers.

Responsibilities

• Check all 3D printers daily, ensuring they are powered and functioning.
• Prepare all build plates appropriately.
• Prepare and fill all resins or materials for printers.
• Rinse and clean all completed parts using provided PPE.
• Cure all printed parts using the appropriate process.
• Performs routine maintenance on printers as needed.
• Clean and organize the 3D printing lab.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies without exception.
• Other duties as assigned.

JobSummary:

The 3D Printing technician is responsible for the basic operation and maintenance of the 3D Printing equipment. This position ensures that the printers are functioning properly, preparing all printing surfaces, monitoring in-process activity and completing all post-processing tasks.

• Check all 3D printers daily, ensuring they are powered and functioning.
