Job summary

The University of Kentucky is seeking a 3D Lab Technologist to support Radiology’s new Advanced Imaging 3D Lab. The role creates advanced post-processing and renders 3D images from existing data sets, working closely with Radiology and Cardiology physicians to facilitate patient care.

Typical duties include collaboration with referring physicians, faculty, fellows, and residents, and hands-on training during orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience with post-processing software and or 3D Lab experience preferred.
• Background as Advanced Imaging Technologist (CT, MRI, NM) with vascular/cardiac experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create advanced post-processing, rendering 3D images from previously acquired data sets.
• Collaborate with Radiology and Cardiology physicians to generate images aiding patient care.
• Maintain attention to detail in the creation of complex post-processed images.
