Job summary

Zellerfeld in Austin, TX seeks a motivated, hands-on production operator for our 3D‑printing footwear line. You’ll run printers, monitor output, and keep the line clean, organized, and on schedule. No technical degree is required and we’ll train you from day one.

You'll contribute to quality control, assist with washing, drying, shipping and finishing, and work with a collaborative team that values safety, reliability, and growth. Weekend shifts may be needed and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• No technical degree required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to stand and work on a production line.
• Attention to safety and cleanliness is essential.
• Willing to work shifts, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3D printing and post-processing machines with training provided.
• Follow SOPs and contribute to process improvements for quality.
• Maintain printer uptime and efficient tasking.
• Inspect finished shoes for quality and flag issues.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Assist in washing, drying, shipping and finishing areas.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the operation running smoothly.
