Worky is building Moon's 3D experience using React Three Fiber and Three.js for homeowners to see in their own homes. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and a specialist manager on real-time rendering, scene composition, and performance-focused data handling.

Join a ground-floor team with a daily-shipping cadence. You’ll learn optimization techniques from seasoned engineers and grow toward owning subsystems while shipping features daily, including tests and examples for the APIs you touch.

Qualifications

• Experience with Three.js/React Three Fiber or strong WebGL exposure.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript; solid 3D math (vectors, matrices, transforms).
• Interest in asset pipelines and data formats; side projects count.
• Strong delivery record with a focus on shipping quality features.

You will build Moon's 3D experience alongside senior engineers and a specialist manager - real-time 3D in React Three Fiber and Three.js that homeowners see in their own homes. You'll work across scene features, catalog-driven configuration, and the performance and data-optimization work that makes a field product fast on real tablets.

You will join the ground floor of a new team with a clear technical mandate and a daily-shipping culture. You'll learn optimization craft from engineers who live it, making this the fastest place in the company to grow into a serious graphics engineer.

What you'll do

• Build features in the 3D experience: components, data-driven scene assembly, catalog-driven configuration of real products.
• Contribute to performance and data-optimization work: measure file sizes and load times, build pipeline tooling, chase regressions on real devices.
• Write tests and examples for the APIs you touch; keep the daily-shipping quality bar.
• Ship daily with AI-assisted workflows; grow toward owning subsystems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering with real Three.js, React Three Fiber, or strong WebGL exposure.
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript; comfort with (or hunger for) the math of 3D - vectors, matrices, transforms.
• Interest in asset pipelines, data formats, and making things smaller and faster - evidence from work or side projects counts.
• Strong delivery record; eager to build deep expertise.
