Job summary

Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a 3rd shift direct hire opportunity with outstanding benefits that begin on day one.

Responsibilities include programming, setup and operation of CNC machines using Mastercam, and collaborating with design engineers and machinists to ensure manufacturable components meet quality and timing targets. A minimum of 3 years of Mastercam 3D programming is required, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of 3D programming experience on Mastercam.
• Strong problem-solving techniques & communication skills.
• Able to work individually with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Programming, Setup, and Operation of CNC machines using Mastercam.
• Ability to build one-off components to 3D models, not production machining.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers, Project Leaders, Machinists to develop manufacturable components with an eye for product improvement and potential build issues.
• Meet customer requirements including project timing, part quality, and delivery.
• Identify tooling needed to complete machining projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
