Job description

Title: 3D Artist V
Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote)
Duration: 19 weeks
Compensation: $46/hr - $66/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience:
3D Artist V

• Create high quality exemplar key art to guide content creation at scale
• Work with engineers and technical artists to inform asset creation pipelines.
• Working with external vendors and provide feedback on externally developed projects as needed.
• Responsible for outlining asset authoring guidelines, process and pipeline as needed.
• Quickly solve issues with your interdisciplinary peers.
• Collaborate and iterate based on the team's needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a 3D artist with a focus on sculpting, modeling, texturing for characters, including shipping 3 or more titles
• Experience as a 3D artist working on humans and creatures
• Experience in a wide range of artistic styles, with an emphasis on stylized art
• Experience communicating in a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, artists, and designers
• Experience with one or more commercial game engines (e.g. Unreal or Unity)
• Knowledge of digital content creation packages like Maya, Houdini, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, ZBrush, Photoshop, etc.
• Experience in driving external development
• Demonstrate broad technical experience to support a wide variety of technical and artistic goals
