Side is seeking a skilled 3D Artist to craft high-quality real-time assets for Unreal Engine-based VR flight simulation projects. You will translate concept art into optimized 3D content, ensure asset integration aligns with visual direction, and work closely with designers and engineers to balance realism and performance.
The role focuses on environment props, vehicles, interactive objects, and gameplay-supporting assets, within a multidisciplinary team.

This project is focused on the development of a next-generation first-person VR flight simulation experience built in Unreal Engine 5. Combining realistic simulation systems, immersive environments, and intuitive interactions, the project aims to deliver highly authentic aviation experiences that place users at the centre of complex real-world scenarios. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help shape virtual environments, prototype interactions, and refine user experiences that balance realism, usability, and immersion. This is an opportunity to contribute to a sophisticated simulation project that pushes the boundaries of real-time technology and interactive design.
We’re looking for a talented 3D Artist with experience creating high-quality real-time assets for Unreal Engine projects, helping bring an immersive VR flight simulation to life through visually compelling and technically optimised content.
