Job description

Join to apply for the 3am Tuesday Truck Team Member role at Michaels Stores.

Store - ATL-HIRAM, GA

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with shopping, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout process. Complete truck unloading, merchandising duties, and maintain store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.

  1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
  2. Ensure a quick checkout experience, including cash handling.
  3. Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and assist with enrollment.
  4. Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  5. Support Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.
  6. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
  7. Manage merchandise recovery, returns, and store recovery to ensure stock availability and presentation.
  8. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
  9. Support shrink and safety initiatives.
  10. Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
  11. Maintain respectful interactions, promote a positive image, and serve as a role model.
  12. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch. Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves with equipment. Accommodations available upon request.

Work Environment: Climate-controlled public retail spaces, some outdoor work, and work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
