Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Email Marketing Specialist fluent in Spanish and English with demonstrated experience using Klaviyo. This is a remote, part-time role with consistent hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing email marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and convert both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Develop and manage segmented lists for targeted communications
  • Create A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize performance
  • Translate and localize content for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences
  • Ensure emails meet branding, quality, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with team members on campaign goals, timelines, and reporting
  • Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Klaviyo (required)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills in both languages
  • Experience in audience segmentation, list management, and email automation
  • Basic knowledge of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, design sensibility, and data interpretation skills
  • Available Monday through Friday, 10am–2pm EST
  • Experience with other marketing tools (Canva, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus
