Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to support our clients via email and data tracking tools like Excel. This is a part-time, remote position with fixed hours from 10am to 2pm EST, Monday through Friday. During slower periods, the representative will receive training and begin outreach to corporate partners to support our growth.
