Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to support our clients via email and data tracking tools like Excel. This is a part-time, remote position with fixed hours from 10am to 2pm EST, Monday through Friday. During slower periods, the representative will receive training and begin outreach to corporate partners to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and updates using Excel
  • Provide timely and professional communication to ensure client satisfaction
  • Flag customer issues that require escalation and collaborate with team leads to resolve
  • Undergo training to support corporate outreach efforts during downtime
  • Represent our client's mission and values in all interactions
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Excel
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 10am–2pm EST
