Garland Independent School District is seeking a maintenance professional to perform general maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related equipment. The role requires state licensing, EPA Universal certification, and a valid Texas driver’s license. CDL is preferred for this position.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience in general maintenance and be able to operate safely in school facilities environments. Pay grade MT07 is referenced in the salary schedule.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of general maintenance experience with commercial HVAC systems.

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent

C.F.C. Certified EPA-approved (Universal)

Valid Texas driver's license

Class A or B Commercial License
