Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking a customer service-focused team member to support daily store tasks, cash handling, merchandising, and cleaning. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and help with vendor check-ins while adhering to PMG policies.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts, strong reliability, and basic math skills. PMG emphasizes safety, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling is desirable.
• Ability to rotate shifts and adapt to varying schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience consistently.
• Operate cash register per PMG standards, manage cash handling, record keeping, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Merchandise sales floor and stock areas; assist cooler merchandising.
• Assist with vendor check-ins and communicate daily issues to Management.
• Follow PMG safety and operations procedures; act with integrity and respect.
• Support Management with additional tasks as assigned.
• Perform exterior and interior cleaning.

Description

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

Includes, but not limited to

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Requirements

Education

• *Preferred* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
