Petroleum Marketing Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Fayetteville, NC to greet customers, handle transactions, merchandise shelves, and maintain shop cleanliness.

You will support management, work flexible shifts, and assist with daily store tasks while upholding PMG standards for safety and service. A high school diploma is preferred; reliable transportation and the ability to lift and stand are required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Requirements

Education

• *Preferred* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
