Requirements and Description

ERMC operates stations in over 200 airports, providing comprehensive ground aviation services including ticketing, ground handling, cabin cleaning, and cargo. We also manage operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in major airport hubs worldwide.

We are seeking a PBB/BHS Tech Lead!

Standard qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions such as hot and cold weather and confined spaces.
• Ability to obtain security clearances after background checks.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including extended hours as needed.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).

Responsibilities:

• Lead technicians in completing maintenance tasks.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on maintenance issues.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts, and work hours in the CMMS.
• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance, with possible 24-hour availability.
• Enhance maintenance capabilities and personnel capacity.
• Plan and manage resources efficiently.
• Lead performance improvements and team development.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet goals.
• Handle administrative tasks supporting maintenance operations.
• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to safety practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of aviation industry operations.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical machinery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent safety record and knowledge of baggage handling and conveyor systems.
