Job summary

Avalon Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for our distribution center in Summerville, SC. Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm, with opportunities to contribute to reliable inbound and outbound operations.

You will operate a sit‑up forklift, load and unload trucks, and move materials safely. The role requires a valid forklift certification, teamwork, and a commitment to accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Strong safety awareness in warehouse operations.
• Good attendance and punctuality.

About Our Customer

A full-service logistics provider dedicated to offering innovative supply chain solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients in South Carolina and beyond. They are currently seeking a Forklift Operatorsfor their distribution center.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

What You'll Do

• Operate a Sit‑up forklift to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.

What You Need to Qualify

• Valid forklift operator certification (Mandatory)
• Pass Forklift testing interview
• Previous experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.

What Physical Activities Will You Do?

• Constant standing, walking, and sitting while operating a forklift (100% of the time).
• Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling (70% of the time).
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull over 50 lbs. regularly.
