Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST

Contract: Independent Contractor

We are seeking a talented Shopify Developer with a strong background in JavaScript, experience in building high-performing landing pages, and familiarity with NetSuite to join our team. Responsibilities

Design and Development

• Create and customize Shopify themes and templates to deliver visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly landing pages.
• Optimize landing pages for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Develop custom Shopify applications and integrations using Shopify APIs and JavaScript.

Integration and Maintenance

• Work with NetSuite to integrate ERP solutions with Shopify, ensuring seamless data flow for inventory, order management, and customer information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify and integrations.

Collaboration and Strategy

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to the development of e-commerce strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Conduct rigorous testing for cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and overall functionality.
• Regularly review and maintain existing Shopify sites and applications to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of landing pages and e-commerce sites.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Liquid templating language.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify APIs and app integrations.

ERP Familiarity:

• Working knowledge of NetSuite, including experience integrating it with Shopify (preferred).
• Understanding of inventory management, order processing, and financial workflows within an e-commerce context.

Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail:

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Keen eye for design details and user experience best practices.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, and marketing automation platforms (preferred).
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
