Everforth Apex is seeking an M365 Platform Operations Manager for a 6-month contract to hire in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on the day-to-day management of productivity, communication, voice, and customer engagement platforms, ensuring reliability, documentation, and proper staffing coverage.

Responsibilities include vendor management, architectural oversight, and budget input while collaborating with a global IT services team. Onsite work in Orlando is required.

• Define project activities, assign resources, coordinate schedules, manage dependencies, and monitor delivery commitments within the assigned portfolio.
• Provide technical direction and management oversight for architecture, engineering design, integration, and implementation decisions.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, technical escalations, support cases, service reviews, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate renewals, licensing analysis, purchasing activities, invoice review, forecasts, and budget inputs for assigned services.
