Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Andover is seeking an on-site 360 excavator operator to work safely and efficiently on civil engineering projects. Your tasks will include digging trenches and foundations, loading materials, and demolishing structures under the site manager’s direction.

Ideally you hold a CPCS, NPORS or CSCS card, have prior 360 operator experience, and a strong work ethic. You will be punctual, health-and-safety conscious, and able to communicate clearly with teammates while handling

The company:

A well established regional contractor who specialises in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure.

The role:

On site your main role would be to operate a 360-degree excavator safely and efficiently. This involves tasks like

• Digging trenches and foundations
• Loading and unloading materials
• Demolishing existing structures

About you:

Ideally you will have previous working experience in a 360 Operator position

You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.

You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Previous experience in a 360 Excavator
• You will have a CPCS or NPORS/CSCS
• Strong work ethic in a team
• Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.
