Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an OR RN to join our team on a 36-hour-per-week schedule, with 12-hour shifts and Saturday calls. This role requires Massachusetts RN licensure and OR experience, along with proficiency in aseptic techniques and handling complex surgical equipment.

BLS is required. Leadership, CNOR certification, and BSN are preferred, with floating to needed areas possible under the CN OR framework.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current OR experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of aseptic techniques.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during surgical procedures: Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Orth, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular.
• BLS required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RNlicense.
• CurrentO.R. experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge of all principles of aseptic techniques
• Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during surgical procedures: i.e. Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular.
• BLS required.

Recommended Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience

• Charge Nurse experience; ability to function in crisis situation.

• CNOR Certification.

• BSN preferred

Pay Range:

$37.14 - $82.22

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
