Cuready Healthcare Staffing seeks a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations across facilities. The RN will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and adhering to facility policies.

Responsibilities include nursing care delivery, maintaining a 1:10 patient ratio, floating between units, EMR documentation with MedHost, and participating in on-call rotation and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with Med Surg and Rehab experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Ability to manage up to 10 rehab and med-surgical patients.
• Experience with or ability to learn MedHost EMR system.
• Flexibility to float between units when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to inpatient rehab and medical-surgical patients.

• Float to medical-surgical units and complete tasks as required.
• Maintain communication with the care team and facility protocols.
