Job Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to different departments within the company, assisting with day-to-day operations, scheduling, communications, and other business tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. We are looking for a Rockstar!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.
  • Handle customer inquiries/feedback and manage communications across multiple channels.
  • Maintain data entry tasks and update company databases.
  • Assist in organizing and tracking projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in project research for supplies (ingredients, packaging, etc.) and other internal requisitions.
  • Prepare reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally; flexibility in tasks is very important.
  • Experience in e-commerce or social media management is a plus.
  • Accountability, sense of ownership, and organizational skills are required for this role.
