Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a courteous demeanor.
• Experience handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Flexible availability including weekends and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Operate cash register per PMG standards, including cash handling and lottery duties.
• Perform daily store tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stock and merchandise sales floor, coolers, and displays.
• Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of store areas.
• Assist with vendor check-ins and communicate issues to management.
• Follow PMG safety and operational procedures at all times.
• Support management with additional assigned tasks.

Description

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Education

• *Preferred* High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or currently enrolled in high school; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
