About the Role
The 340B Program Manager is responsible for the oversight, administration, and ongoing compliance monitoring of the 340B Drug Pricing Program for assigned Covered Entity (CE) clients supported by NuvemRx. This position supports a variety of 340B-eligible organizations, including Federally Qualified Health Centers, Disproportionate Share Hospitals, FQHC Look-Alikes, and other eligible provider organizations.
The 340B Program Manager ensures program compliance with HRSA guidance, federal regulations, manufacturer requirements, and internal operational standards. This role oversees compliance monitoring activities, audit readiness, operational workflows, and program documentation while serving as a key liaison between clients and internal operational teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of independently managing multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Compensation
The expected base compensation for this role is $80,000-85,000 per year.
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, location, and internal equity.
