Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a dedicated 340B Program Manager to lead the enterprise-wide 340B initiative. This role partners with Pharmacy, Finance, and IT to ensure compliance, optimize performance, and maximize financial impact across the system.

The position requires deep 340B expertise, strong analytics, and experience in large health systems. It is a hybrid role with on-site audits and occasional in-person meetings in Somerville and Boston.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Studies required.
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
• Pharmacy Managed Care Experience 5-7 years required
• 340B experience
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the 340B program, including audit readiness, compliance, and regulatory adherence
• Drive split-billing operations, data analytics, and enterprise-level reporting to ensure accuracy and maximize savings
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen program performance
• Monitor and optimize contract pharmacy relationships and performance
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership across Pharmacy, Finance, and Compliance
