JOB SUMMARY

Kodiak Solutions recognizes that 340B is a complex program and has created a dedicated 340B solution team that utilizes a proactive, comprehensive approach to identify and mitigate risks that affect covered entities. Our team has a vast 340B program experience and extensive knowledge of the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) audit process from a consultative capacity or firsthand as covered entities.

Responsibilities:

The 340B Consulting Auditor will perform audits of 340B covered entities including hospitals, health centers, and specialized clinics under the direction of the manager. The 340B program audits will mirror the program integrity audit conducted by HRSA and will cover the mixed-use setting, retail, and contract pharmacy arrangements. The 340B Consulting Auditor will effectively carry out assigned project duties, including administration of client engagements and presentation of client deliverables and engagement results. In addition, the 340B associate may perform consulting project engagements for pharmacy related processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years of 340B Program monitoring experience (required)
  • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (preferred)
  • Controlled substance diversion monitoring experience (preferred)
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Consistently produce high-quality, professional deliverables on schedule and budget
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of pharmacy activities
  • Teamwork and strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to interact in a remote team environment and foster client relationships
