Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of 340B program-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Active Nevada Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops, executes, and documents self-audits of the 340B process and coordinates remediation of findings.
• Conducts annual audits of all contract pharmacies and follows up on findings.
• Reviews all points of service where 340B participation occurs to ensure eligibility and compliance.
• Identifies pharmacy billing issues and ensures systems checks prevent issues.
• Monitors 340B purchasing accounts and software for accuracy and coordinates external assessments as needed.
• Reviews patient eligibility in hospital-based mixed-use areas and clinics for 340B participation.
• Ensures 340B compliance within workflow processes and oversees day-to-day operations of related medications.
• Coordinates external compliance assessments with outside firms when appropriate.
