Job summary

AltaPointe Health in Mobile, AL is seeking a dedicated team member to support the 340B program, assisting the Director of Grants and 340B Programs in improving efficiency, training staff, and maintaining facility compliance.

The role includes conducting audits of contract and entity-owned pharmacies, reviewing referral reconciliations, monitoring 340B inventory and invoicing, and aiding payment reconciliation and reporting. A strong emphasis on confidentiality and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years’ experience within a healthcare system is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to process and analyze large datasets.
  • Strong organizational skills are a plus.

  • Monitor and analyze 340B inventory and invoicing at both contract and entity-owned pharmacies.
  • Assist in payment reconciliation for entity-owned outpatient pharmacies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance and performance reporting.
  • Support additional tasks that promote the sustainability of the 340B and pharmacy programs.
  • Continue professional development through relevant classes, seminars, publications, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled audits of contract and entity-owned pharmacies participating in the 340B program; address and resolve reconciliation issues arising from these audits.

  • Assist with performance of duties of other department staff in periods of absence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
