The Opportunity

  • The territory includes Mississippi and northern Louisiana.
  • Travel up to 80% is required.
What You’ll Work On

The Senior Sales Ambassador will represent Abbott and the Core Laboratory Diagnostics brand, focusing on developing solutions that drive revenue and growth. Responsibilities include managing accounts, improving customer satisfaction, supporting technical needs, and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with existing customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Manage accounts strategically to focus on value and profitability.
  • Support assay integrations and technical needs.
  • Address customer issues and support operational reviews.
  • Coordinate orders, delivery, and billing.
  • Identify operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers for contract renewals and extensions.
  • Develop and execute account plans.
  • Support implementation of new accounts and adhere to company policies.
Position Scope
  • Represent Abbott to laboratory management and influence purchase decisions.
  • Work with sales, marketing, support, and technical teams.
  • Document customer complaints and resolutions.
  • Maintain high integrity and accurate communication.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of relevant experience with laboratory instrumentation or diagnostics.
  • Technical support and customer interfacing experience.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% and hold a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Biomedical, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Over 3 years of healthcare or sales experience.
