Job summary

Kairos Academies in Santa Rosa Beach, FL is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support our vacation rental operations. You will handle laundry sorting, packing, distribution to housekeeping teams, and daily linen stocking to ensure timely turnover of vacation homes.

You will also assist with receiving laundry, linen prep for transport, stock amenities, and perform light housekeeping as needed. A Florida driver's license and reliable transportation are required; prior laundry or hospitality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior laundry and/or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, pack and distribute vacation rental laundry and linens to housekeeping teams.
• Assist with receiving laundry from housekeeping teams.
• Make sure all clean linens are stocked in appropriate areas daily.
• Assist with linen preparation for transport to and from the laundry facility.
• Count, distribute, and stock amenity soaps, paper goods, and other non-linen items required for preparing each home per our business model.
• Must be willing and able to assist/perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Daily cleaning of office spaces, warehouse, and common areas.
• Deliver/pick up items as needed to different locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Certificates And Licenses

Florida Driver’s License that meets insurance requirements.

Travel Required

Must have reliable transportation and a valid Florida Driver’s License.

Drivers With Poor Driving Records Including Those With One Or More Of The Following Violations Will Not Be Permitted To Operate Company Vehicles

• Conviction for an alcohol and/or drug-related driving offense
• Refusal to submit to a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) test
• Conviction for reckless driving
• Any combination of three or more moving violations, \"At Fault Accidents\" or \"Preventable Accidents\" within the most recent three years
• Suspension, revocation or administrative restriction within the last three years
• Leaving the scene of an accident as defined by state laws
• At fault in a fatal accident
• Felony committed involving a vehicle
• Three or more \"Company Vehicle\" physical damage claims in any twelve-month period
