The Merch Manager, reporting to the Store Manager, is responsible for all Merchandising Operations within assigned departments. Responsibilities include department layouts, signing standards, product features, promotional setups, markdowns, freight flow, loss prevention, and departmental maintenance. The Merch Manager acts as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Co-Manager, and may also handle HR functions such as hiring and staffing.

The role involves ensuring policies are followed, improving store performance metrics, and maintaining high merchandising standards. Flexibility to work at various locations, including potential overnight stays for store openings or inventory, is required. The position may require lifting up to 70 lbs., and involves walking, standing, and other physical activities.

Transfers within the market and flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are expected.
