ADVANCE in Brookings, SD is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Lead) to support adults in daily living. Hours are Wednesday–Friday 3p-9p, plus every other weekend and 6 flex hours for Lead duties, with a base pay of $25.00–$27.00 per hour.

As a DSP, you will help with personal care, meal prep, medication, and wellness, while encouraging independence and community involvement. You’ll also provide safe transportation and follow care plans, acting as a caring advocate and team leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record (not needed for Overnight positions).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Caring attitude and willingness to learn — we’ll teach you the rest.
