PMG Carolinas LLC in Wallace, NC is seeking a customer service associate to greet customers, operate the cash register, and support daily store tasks with pace and accuracy.

You will assist with merchandising on the sales floor, stocking coolers, handling vendor check-ins, and communicating daily issues to management while upholding PMG safety and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in high school.
• Customer service experience and cash handling knowledge preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift, stand, and bend.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking.
• Cooler Merchandising.
• Vendor Check-Ins.
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management.
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed.
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning.

Description

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Requirements

Education
