An established industry player is seeking a Foundry Production Supervisor to oversee drysand foundry operations. This role involves managing production employees, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and meeting production schedules. The ideal candidate will have a background in supervisory roles, a two or four-year degree, and a commitment to delivering world-class products. This position will be responsible for managing our Drysand foundry production operations to ensure compliance with CWI work instructions, ISO, and Nadcap certification standards.
This role requires managing production employees, meeting production schedule deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality to deliver world-class products to our customers.
A two or four-year degree, or equivalent supervisory or management experience, is required.
You will supervise all aspects of our drysand foundry production to ensure high-quality castings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, depending on experience. Hours are on 2nd shift, 45 hours per week.
