Job summary

Liquid Beverage Manufacturing in the Baltimore area is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team of technicians. The role focuses on keeping production running safely and efficiently, balancing urgent repairs with planned maintenance.

You will coordinate breakdown response, mentor technicians, and collaborate with production and quality on food safety. Shift rotations and weekend/holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Two years of college or technical schooling beyond high school.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, control networks, hydraulics, and automated equipment.
• Ability to organize workloads and guide technicians.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance technicians and set daily priorities for safe work.
• Coordinate breakdown response and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Review production needs to organize maintenance coverage.
• Troubleshoot recurring equipment issues and lead corrective actions.
• Coach technicians in troubleshooting and safe work practices.
• Track progress with work orders and maintenance data.
• Collaborate with production and quality for food safety and operations.
• Coordinate outside service providers and small improvement projects.
• Monitor expenses and spare parts inventory.
• Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
