Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC in New Berlin, Wisconsin, seeks a reliable machine operator for our Beverage Canning team. Work a balanced schedule of 4 days on and enjoy 3-day weekends. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of machine operation experience.

This role requires constant monitoring of equipment to ensure efficiency, along with the ability to act urgently when issues arise. Starting pay is $20.00+ per hour, with opportunities for overtime at double pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine operating & troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed.
• Experience in food, beverage, bottling, canning, or other regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment.
• Monitor production to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Identify and escalate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed.
