Night Program Requirements:
- Technologists with at least six months of experience post-orientation are eligible.
- Eligible participants receive an additional $2/hour night program differential, added to their current off-shift differential.
- Participants must work up to their maximum scheduled shifts in off-shift hours (e.g., 12-hour or 8-hour blocks).
- Must maintain a performance rating of Solid/Strong/Good and have no corrective actions in the past six months. New hires can join at hire.

Responsibilities:
- Properly identify patients using two identifiers and follow universal protocols.
- Review patient history and physician orders, applying departmental protocols.
- Administer contrast media as per orders.
- Ensure exams are properly coded, networked, and billed.
- Perform diagnostic radiography procedures independently, utilizing complex equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members, demonstrating care, respect, and professionalism.
- Adjust protocols based on independent judgment and apply ionizing radiation appropriately.
- Explain procedures to patients to ensure cooperation and comfort.
- Graduate from an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program or have verification of completion by graduation date.
- Technologists hired before graduation will work under indirect supervision until certification is verified.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- ARRT Registry eligible; must obtain radiography registry within 6 months of hire (by January 1, 2025).
- CPR/BLS required within 30 days of hire.
- Additional clearances: Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, Act 73, FBI clearance.
