The duties of a Full Stack Engineer require specialized expertise and skill in maintaining quality and accuracy standards. As a Junior Full Stack Engineer, your responsibilities include developing, deploying, documenting, and maintaining web/mobile and backend services. You will collaborate with engineering, product, design, and architecture teams to translate requirements into code. You will implement, test, deliver, and maintain solutions with comprehensive documentation.

You will work with your team and stakeholders to troubleshoot errors, participate in feature delivery, and reduce technical debt while adhering to best practices.

Your role also entails:

• Adhering to company policies, completing administrative tasks punctually, and supporting company goals and values.
• Participating in disaster recovery planning and fostering positive relationships with colleagues, treating everyone with respect.
• Fulfilling additional duties as assigned.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and compliance with regulations and policies, including BSA and OFAC requirements.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered, you must possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of full stack development experience with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular, etc.), preferably in a banking setting.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and standards.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and ORM technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) for code reliability.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Desired Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include:

• Advanced degrees or certifications.
• Experience developing modern frontend apps with React.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and business communication.
• Experience in FinTech.
• Participation in product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
