Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A license with tanker endorsement if needed; meet all DOT requirements.
• Meet DFA Motor Vehicle Record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer movement to optimize plant and warehouse efficiency.
• Hook and unhook trucks to dock area and service department.
• Spot/load trailers at assigned dock spaces for unloading/loading.
• Connect loaded semitrailers to tractors for drivers.
• Maintain accurate trailer and inventory movement logs.
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure yard and equipment area sanitary and clean.
• Complete sales route deliveries and over-the-road routes as needed.
• Adhere to DFA Quality, Safety, DOT, and GMP policies and report incidents.
• Attend driver workshops and training sessions.
