Qualifications

• Read wiring diagrams and schematics to verify wiring layouts.
• Demonstrate good manual dexterity and steady hand control.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses using the board method according to wiring diagrams, prints, and instructions.
• Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires; install connectors and components.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety and quality procedures.
