The role trains on welding techniques, safety protocols and standard work, with opportunities to grow into skilled fabrication roles. Expect shift 2nd and training 1st as noted; compensation starts at $16.43–$21.37 hourly with a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Lifting up to 35 lbs and able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Prior employment or volunteer experience.
• Must be 18 years or older due to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding and fabrication tasks under supervision to produce quality parts.
• Work across production zones including assembly, fabrication and paint while following safety and standard work.
• Use welding equipment to perform basic tack and straight-line welds after training.
