Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an X-Ray Pipe Welder for a second-shift role in Kaukauna, WI. The position involves welding pipe using MIG, TIG, and flux core processes to achieve 100% X-Ray quality results. Candidates must be able to pass stringent 2" coupon 6G TIG and MIG tests and demonstrate precision in joint fit-up.

The role reports to the Foreman in Manufacturing and requires verifying joint alignment and proper taper bore when needed. Relocation and/or daily commuting may be required.

Qualificações

• Must be able to pass welding/testing requirements (2" super coupon 6G TIG and 2" super coupon 6G MIG root/flux fill and cap).
• Experience in pipe welding and fit-up verification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Confirm squareness and fit-up of joints.
• Verify joint configurations and proper taper bore alignment when required.

Shift: 2nd (5:00 PM - 3:05 AM, Monday - Wednesday & 4 PM Thursday - 2:05 AM Friday, 10 hours)

Title: X-Ray Pipe Welder

Reports to: Foreman

General Purpose of the Job:

Produce 100% X-Ray quality pipe welds in all processes (MIG, TIG, and FLUX Core)

Summary of Major Responsibilities/Duties:

***MUST BE ABLE TO PASS: Testing:2" super coupon 6G tig all the way out and a 2" super coupon 6G mig root /flux fill and cap

• Assemble pipe components by tacking them in place prior to welding.
• Confirming squareness of all joints fit-up.
• Confirming configuration of all joints fit-up.
• Confirming pipe joints are aligned properly (taper bore if necessary).
