Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Assembly Welder for the 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. You will weld using MIG processes and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

The role requires the ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and maintain high quality workmanship. Expect a per-hour wage of $22–$24 with a 15% shift differential for eligible shifts and benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
