Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a TIG Welder for an in-person position. You will read CAD drawings and welding symbols, set up inert gas shielding, and perform high-precision TIG welds on 20-gauge stainless steel to ensure strong, defect-free joints.

You will also measure, align, clamp parts, grind and finish welds, and conduct self-inspections to verify tolerances and airtight seals, contributing to cleanroom-ready assemblies with a focus on quality control.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret advanced technical drawings and weld symbols.
• Experience TIG welding on thin-gauge stainless steel.
• Strong attention to measurement and alignment for tight tolerances.
• Familiarity with inert gas shielding and back-purging techniques.
• Proficiency in finishing welds for clean surfaces and quality control.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day as a TIG Welder:
