Job summary

ETS Staffing in Indiana is seeking a Welder II for an in-person role on the first shift. You will weld with TIG and MIG on carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, reading blueprints and applying precise layouts. The position emphasizes accuracy and safety in a team environment.

Expect weekly pay, health insurance, and the newly introduced earned wages on-demand option. This is a full-time opportunity with potential weekend OT as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of welding experience with TIG and MIG on carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
• Experience using welding equipment, grinders, and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Your day-to-day as a Welder Ii:
