Job summary

As a Loader at Stanley Black & Decker in Martin, TN, you will load parts for automated robotic weld cells and ensure safe, compliant operation. You’ll contribute to safety, quality, and meeting precise production targets while identifying improvement opportunities.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to interact with people, with knowledge of ISO standards and strong problem-solving skills valued.

Pay rate $21.17 plus $1.50 shift differential totaling $22.67/ hour
