Fortress Nutrition, LLC is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our fast-paced food & beverage operations in New Berlin, WI. This is a full-time, weekend-focused role where you’ll be on the floor with the team, troubleshooting equipment, supporting repairs, and driving uptime.

You will supervise production staff, ensure safety and quality, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, English fluency, and flexibility for overtime are essential for success.

Fortress Nutrition is growing, and we're looking for a strong, hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our rapidly growing food & beverage operations! This is a FULL-TIME Production Supervisor role for our newly launched WEEKEND SHIFTS! This is a working supervisor role, meaning you'll be actively on the floor alongside your team - troubleshooting equipment, supporting repairs, and driving uptime in a fast-paced food/beverage manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule:

Standard Hours: 2nd Shift (6:00 pm-6:00 am, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support production employees during the shift.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and compliant with food safety rules.
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining product quality and food safety.
• Work side-by-side with team members to solve problems as they come up.
• Help train, motivate, and grow team members, as well as handle sensitive employee interactions, including disciplinary actions, performance management, corrective action, separations, etc.
• Promote continuous improvement throughout the department and work area.
• Provide daily production reports to the Director of Operations.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 4+ years of experience leading, overseeing, and directing a team (including performance management, coaching, training, disciplinaries, interviewing, etc.)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to quickly and thoughtfully adjust priorities and adapt to changes in production as needed
• Must be able to proficiently read, write, and communicate in English
• Flexibility to work overtime during the week and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a food/beverage manufacturing environment with understanding of food safety/quality programs such as GMPs, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Previous experience in a blending/batching role, understanding blending principles and basic shop math

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to stand; walk; talk or hear; reach above shoulders; use hands to finger, handle, grasp, pinch or touch objects, controls, tools or equipment; kneel, crouch and use foot/feet to operate machinery; bend at the waist; climb or balance
• Frequently required to lift, carry, move, push or pull materials, product or equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to ten (10) or more hours in a single shift
