Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a diligent Waste Collector for our manufacturing facility in Kinston, NC. You will safely collect, transport, and dispose of waste materials following established protocols and regulations.

The role requires attention to safety, proper labeling, and accurate waste documentation. Rotate shifts 2:00pm–10:00pm with a pattern of week 1 (Mon-Sun) and week 2 (Mon-Fri).

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and dexterity.
• Able to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
• Able to follow schedules and keep commitments.
• Able to follow directions from a supervisor.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lift and collect waste materials from various locations within the facility.
• Ensure all waste is properly contained and labeled according to safety guidelines.
• Transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas or facilities.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of waste disposal.
• Assist with general cleaning as needed.
