Job summary

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Final Utility Production Associate for the second shift (2pm-10pm) in the Winston-Salem/Kernersville area. The role focuses on loading and unloading materials, organizing stock, and ensuring safe, efficient product flow within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining clean workspaces, and collaborating with production teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to cross-train and support other production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport raw materials or finished products to appropriate storage or production areas.
• Organize stock, pull, and verify orders and update inventory records to prevent shortages.
• Safely operate machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
• Ensure pallets are properly tagged or identified as required.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspaces, including the end-of-line and staging areas.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth handoff and product flow.
• Assist with assembly tasks as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines when assembling components or products.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
